Note that students who simply stop attending classes without dropping or withdrawing through their will remain enrolled in the course and will likely receive a failing grade on their transcript.
2024-2025 Tuition Refund Schedule for Undergraduate, Graduate, and PACE Students
The following refund schedule applies to Undergraduate, Graduate, and PACE students and is the same whether the student is withdrawing for medical or non-medical reasons, including for audited courses.
All students who completely withdraw from the University will receive a refund for tuition and fees based on the schedule below. On campus students will also receive a refund for housing and meal charges based on a daily pro-rated calculation, using the official withdrawal date. No refund will be provided for housing and meals after the 25% refund period ends.
