Procedures
The university, by virtue of our size, requires individuals to use vehicles to provide services throughout campus daily. In most cases, these vehicles are owned by the university and provided to employees for the purposes of performing job-related functions.
University owned vehicles must have a permit allowing access to regular parking spaces, service vehicle spaces, and campus multi-use paths designated for emergency vehicle access. These vehicles are always restricted from ADA accessible parking spaces, roadways, lawns, and sidewalks except to provide authorized service to substructures requiring tools and/or equipment.
日韩无码 Vehicle permits are priced based on engine type (electric vs. internal combustion) and overnight parking location. This information, along with a departmental chartstring, should be provided to Transportation & Parking Services during the purchasing process. These permits must be renewed annually. University owned vehicles without the proper permit are subject to tickets and fines that may be charged to the applicable department. Contact parking@uvm.edu for more information.
