Providing economic and workforce development data support to community partners in Vermont
We pursue Data Services partnerships to help bridge a gap between need and resources in Vermont:
- Need: Vermont's public, private and nonprofit organizations need detailed, up-to-date information to better meet their operational needs.
- Resources: Extensive data sets exist and the state and national level that, when properly processed and analyzed, can provide that information. But few organizations have the resources to do that translational work.

And when the data are processed, patterns, trends and stories emerge that help leaders make more informed decisions regarding things such as budgets, infrastructure and municipal planning. Access to this data-driven information also helps those institutions tell more clear and compelling stories when competing for increasingly scarce funding resources.
