BIO

Hi! My name is Helen Goodyear. I use she/her pronouns and I am from Huntington, Vermont. I am a freshman with a double major in Agroecology and Community Centered Design. My interest in this stuff comes from growing up in rural Vermont, so my primary focus of interest is agroecology within Vermont, but I have also been fortunate to study agroecological systems in places like Jordan and Brazil. I am most interested in systems of agroforestry and planning community-centered agriculture spaces, especially in rural areas. I also like things like squash, stunted fig trees and sheep!
