Rachel Charash (She/Her) is an intern at Counseling and Psychiatry Services (CAPS). Rachel is currently in her last year at the Master鈥檚 in Clinical Counseling program at Saint Michael鈥檚 College. Rachel has previously worked at Howard鈥檚 Center Act1/Bridge and Assist programs and completed her practicum at Therapeutic Works Incorporated in Burlington. Rachel鈥檚 professional interests include identity development, the mind-body relationship, substance misuse, stress management, and values work.
