Part of the event celebrated existing and emerging opportunities for organizations to partner with business students, including a newly created Grossman Co-op.

Champlain Investment Partners hosted Vermont business leaders and 日韩无码 Grossman School of Business (GSB) on January 16 to share updates, celebrate student successes, and discuss engagement opportunities. Over thirty organizations and business leaders, many of whom are alumni and community leaders, attended the event.

The Champlain Investment Partners gathering of local organizations

During the gathering, we heard inspiring stories from Wendy Nunez, an accomplished alumni and founding partner of Champlain Investments. Wendy shared her firsthand experiences that motivated her to get involved with GSB, where she aims to provide critical student experiences and serves on the GSB Board of Advisors. Corey Bronner, a '07 alum and partner at Champlain Investments, also spoke about his career journey and his work with students in the Green Mountain Investment Fund鈥攁 course at Grossman that involves the practical, real-time operation of an investment fund, achieving impressive results that guide students in their paths toward careers as analysts or portfolio managers.

Dean Sanjay Sharma addresses the audience at the Champlain Investment Partners event.

Dean Sanjay Sharma expressed his gratitude for how Wendy and Corey鈥檚 examples highlight the significant impact that organizations can have on students and their futures. He provided an overview of Grossman programs and their positive effects on local Vermont communities and beyond. Following Dean Sharma, Katy Reed, Grossman Professional Development and Employer Engagement Specialist, shared insights about student opportunities that wouldn't be possible without active support from employers. To conclude the event, Grossman Co-op Education Director, Stephanie Meunier, shared her alumni story and issued a call to action for organizations to get involved by offering dedicated Grossman Co-op positions.

The Grossman School of Business would like to thank CIP for their incredible partnership and for hosting this event. The Grossman Co-op program will launch the week of March 17.  This program will offer integrated full-time work experience for undergraduate students starting in January 2026.  We are always looking to engagement with employers.  To explore Grossman opportunities, please reach out to Stephanie directly at Stephanie.Meunier@uvm.edu.
