Prior to Morgan Stanley鈥檚 acquisition of Eaton Vance Corporation in March 2021, she was the head of Eaton Vance鈥檚 institutional business in North America for six years, having joined Eaton Vance in 2006 as the Head of Global Relationship Management. She is also a member of Morgan Stanley鈥檚 Global Diversity Committee. Susan began her career in the financial services industry in 1986. Before joining Eaton Vance, she spent 19 years at MFS Investment Management in a number of roles, including international business director, senior relationship manager and equity product specialist and was a member of the institutional management team committee.
