Ian Jones is a professor of Journalism and English and Faculty Advisor to student publications at Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Originally from Canada, Ian now works in the Inland Empire to promote partnerships between his students and journalists in the hyper-local news industry. Ian is also part of the Zero Textbook Cost (ZTC) Acceleration Grant Collaboration Journalism Cohort working to create and disseminate zero-cost resources for community college journalism students in California to help educate the next generation of diverse journalists.
