Ante Glavas, associate professor with the Grossman School of Business, was recognized for his paper, 鈥,鈥 in the Journal of Management as part of Sage Journal鈥檚 4th annual 10-Year Impact Awards. The paper is considered one of the three most cited and influential papers in the last 10 years from all Sage journals combined. Ante鈥檚 paper was cited more than 2,250 times over that time.
The 10-Year Impact Awards were created as part of Sage's larger effort to inspire and change the conversation around research impact. While a large part of this effort focuses on finding new ways to recognize impact beyond counting citations outside of academia, the awards celebrate research with influence that has lasted longer or grown over time.
鈥淚t is an honor to be recognized with this award,鈥 said Ante. 鈥淚t鈥檚 great to see that a corporate social responsibility and sustainability-focused paper is making an impact in broader management.鈥
鈥淚t is our hope this recognition will bring even more attention to your important work, to its lasting impact, and will foster understandings of impact longer than two or five years,鈥 said Ziyad Marar, president of global publishing, Sage.
Congratulations, Ante!
