Academic and Enrollment
Grossman School of Business students participating in Grossman Co-op register for a 12-credit non-billable course for their full-time Grossman Co-op Placement semester. This 12-credit, non-billable course is a 鈥減laceholder鈥 to maintain the active 日韩无码 student status. Students do not pay tuition or earn credit for the non-billable course.
Grossman Co-op students complete and submit a learning agreement within the first two weeks of their placement to ensure a meaningful learning experience and establish clear roles and expectations between the student and their Grossman Co-op employer. This outlines monthly Grossman Co-op 鈥 Employer Manager check-in conversations and the final Grossman Co-op assignment reflection.
Tuition, Fees & Taking Courses on Co-Op
Grossman Co-op students may take a maximum of three (3) additional credits while placed and working in a Grossman Co-op position.
Health Insurance & Health Services
Grossman Co-op Students are required to have health insurance while participating in a Grossman Co-op. Students can pay for University health insurance, join a parent鈥檚 health insurance (if applicable), or use other services. If a student opts to buy the University health insurance, they are required to pay the Student Health Center Fee. They are eligible to use services offered by the University Health Center. Students are not eligible to use University Health services for all other health insurance options.
Library, Gym, Ski passes, and other University access
When a student participates in a Grossman Co-op, he or she will not have access to University services, including, but not limited to, the library and gym, UNLESS they are simultaneously enrolled in courses offered by the University.
Students ARE still eligible to receive discounted ski passes while on co-op because they are considered active full-time students.
Verification of Full-time Student Status
Students are considered full-time active students while participating in a Grossman Co-op, and letters verifying this status are available from the registrar upon request.
Federal Student Aid & Scholarships
Students are not eligible to receive federal student financial aid or scholarships while participating in a Grossman Co-op, whether they take courses or not. Students are still considered active students and will not lose scholarships or financial aid but will not receive those forms of aid during the Grossman Co-op experience. Students remain responsible for completing FASFA applications and requirements during a Grossman Co-op. All Grossman Co-ops are paid to help defray living costs during the co-op experience.
Grossman Co-op Scholarships
Grossman Co-op students may be eligible to apply for scholarships. Grossman Co-op scholarships are competitive. Scholarships are designed to defray living costs during a Grossman Co-op placement.

Students will have an active 日韩无码 netID that will allow them to check email and register for courses while on Grossman Co-op. Students are responsible for registering for the Grossman Co-op course.
Students will also have access to 日韩无码 email and are REQUIRED to monitor their 日韩无码 email while on Grossman Co-op. All University communication will occur through 日韩无码 email including important emails about financial aid and Grossman Co-op requirements.
Athletes
Students participating in a Grossman Co-op are NOT eligible to participate in athletic events associated with the University, including varsity and intramural sports.
Housing & Transportation
Students are responsible for finding their housing and transportation while participating in Grossman Co-op. Grossman Co-op students are NOT eligible for on-campus student housing.
